Roasted Sweet Potato Fries
Don’t starve !! and beat your cravings because today let me share with you one of my favorite and secret kinda recipe. Whenever I crave french fries, this ultimate recipe works wonderfully to beat the craving.

Ingredients
- Sweet potato large 2
- Boiling water 1 bowl
- Corn flour 2Tbs
- Garlic powder 1/4tsp
- Olive oil. 2Tbs
- Salt & Black pepper. To taste
- Paprika. To taste
Directions
- Cut the sweet potatoes into fries shape, make sure they are not too thin or just too thick.
- Add them into a bowl of hot water, cover, and let it rest for 30-40 mins.
- Now take them out of the water and pat dry using a paper towel.
- Now add them into a clean dry bowl, add 2Tbs corn flour. Toss them around to coat it properly.
- Now add oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add paprika if desired.
- Toss them all around and mix well.
- Spray some oil on a pyrex tray or baking tray lined with aluminum paper.
- Spread all the seasoned sweet potatoes in this tray properly.
- Place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 425°F.
- Turn them over and bake for another 10 mins.
- Garnish with some parmesan cheese and chopped Corriander leaves.
- Serve with hummus or any dip of your choice.
