Quick And Healthy Tortilla Omelet Recipe

Ingredients

- Oil (2 tablespoons)
- Green onion (2-3)
- 2 Eggs
- Salt ( as per taste )
- Pepper ( as per your taste)
- Cheese (optional)
- Spinach / green coriander (half cup)
- 2 tortilla
Directions
- Take a pan and heat oil. and add green onions stir for 1 min.
- Meanwhile, In a bowl beat eggs with (salt and pepper, cheese, spinach/green coriander) and pure them over green onions.
- Cook over medium heat for 1 min. Then place the tortilla over the top of the omelet, and flip to cook from another side, Remove from heat
- Now roll the tortilla or fold it to cut and serve.
