Quick And Healthy Tortilla Omelet Recipe

Today’s recipe is one of the quickest but still too tasty and healthy. It will keep you full for longer as It is high in protein and low in carbs. Try it because it’s gonna be your favorite.
DIFFICULTY: Easy Servings: 2 Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

    • Oil (2 tablespoons)
    • Green onion (2-3)
    • 2 Eggs
    • Salt ( as per taste )
    • Pepper ( as per your taste)
    • Cheese (optional)
    • Spinach / green coriander (half cup)
    • 2 tortilla

Directions

  • Take a pan and heat oil. and add green onions stir for 1 min.
  • Meanwhile, In a bowl beat eggs with (salt and pepper, cheese, spinach/green coriander) and pure them over green onions.
  • Cook over medium heat for 1 min. Then place the tortilla over the top of the omelet, and flip to cook from another side, Remove from heat
  • Now roll the tortilla or fold it to cut and serve.
